time is marchng on

sadly, as time does, it marches on in our house. our little baby is now 9 1/2 months old and the days keep passing faster and faster and, honestly, i hate it!! i want to freeze her like this. Shes too much fun, and each day is a new fantastic adventure filled with so much joy and laughter. I love this little girl so much, and so does her daddy. We're basically baby hogs, we dont like to share her much, or even let her out of our sights for long. We miss her terribley when we are apart for even a matter of minutes! I live for the mornings and after naps when i can whisk her in to my arms and snuggle and kiss her all i want, and the best part is, she lets me, and more importantly, she loves it!!! i always get a smile and a giggle whenever she sees me. Never fails to melt my heart.

Our little girl is now 9 1/2 months old and...
- weighs in just under 17 lbs
-sleeps 12-13 hours at night
-still eats like a pig, anything she can get her grubby little fingers on and we love it!
- just moved from 3-6mth clothes in to 6-9 mth and even some 12 mth clothes
-LOVE LOVE LOVES "BABY SIGNING TIME"
-signs "more" "and eat" (when she wants to)also nods "yes" when asked a question
-starting to clap her hands if she sees you do it
- pulls herself up on just about everything she can
-still refuses to crawl
-says mama and dada
-still happy as can be
-loves to be outside in nature
-loves dogs
-thoroughly enjoys people and people watching

pretty much just getting cuter and cuter each and everyday!!

got just a few more back the other day... is it weird that i just want to hang pictures of her all over my house? We have so many awesome pictures from these first 8 1/2 months i just don't know what to do with them all!

it's fun to play dress up!

so, my dear dear friend got some new studio lights at her house and she invited us over so she could take a few shots of miss lilley. A few turned in to like a 2 hour session and we didn't even get through all the outfits and props we intended to. She is sooo fun to take pictures of 'cuz she's such a happy girl, and some how (maybe cuz i snap a million shots a day) she's developed a total fascination with cameras. She's obesessed with the lens and how it zooms in and out. It can be the most basic camera, or a few thousand dollar camera. Doesn't really matter, she likes 'em. :)
Heavenly Father knew I was suppose to have a little girl so that we could play dress up all day every day, and he blessed me with the perfect child because she's totally ok with me changing her clothes 20 times, always adorning her precious little head with flowers and bows, and she even leaves the jewelry on when i put bracelets and necklaces on her. My goodness, she's too much fun. I just love her to pieces. Here are some of the gazillions of pictures from the other day... ENJOY!!!
