anyways, some of you have already commented on the facebook link, but i thought i'd try it out here also.
anyone care to share their favorite most functional baby gifts? I E... the Diaper genie, does it really work and do you really like it? etc...
also, the lame stuff, the things you wouldn't register for again!! i'd LOOOOOVE your comments!!

I got a diaper pail that doesn't require you buy their bags, you can just use kitchen bags, which I like because it isn't expensive to upkeep. However, with a little baby (especially if you are breastfeeding) you might not need a pail, at least for a while. So you can always go without one until you start doing solid foods and then decide.
I took Rachel's advice and got the diaper pail that takes regular trash bags and it was SO worth it!
2 things I couldn't live without again are: Fisher-Price Newborn to Toddler Rocking Chair and the Fisher-Price Space Saver High Chair. Both of these are newborn ready so when you sit down to do something or sit down to eat you can plop the baby right down. If you had to choose between the two I would go with the high chair. You will feel human again once you can both eat at the table at the same time!
